Refund and Returns Policy

​At Dreamheels.in we strive to ensure that every step you take in our footwear is a confident one. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​If approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment or provided as store credit, depending on your preference.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size. If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different size, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The footwear must be returned in its original packaging (shoebox), which must also be in good condition.

The protective film on the soles (if applicable) must be intact. Items must have all original tags attached.

Note: Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or is returned without the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to Support@dreamheels.in with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to ship the package back to us.

Shipping: Depending on your location, we may arrange a reverse pickup (charges may apply) or ask you to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
